Not too sure what "I want a whole cow" really means?We make it simple to understand!​

Buying beef in bulk is traditionally divided into whole, half and quarter cow increments. Each increment features a variety of the best cuts.

​A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your portion. Your deposit will be deducted from your total invoice at settlement. Usually it will take 3-4 weeks from the time you submit a deposit to the time it is ready to go. We will deliver your order straight to your door.

Once we have received your deposit we will contact you to finalize order details like feed and cut preference and any other specialty services you might be interested in. We will notify you of harvest and hang time and final payment will be arranged.

We age our beef for 14 days as a standard; then we cut, vacuum package and flash-freeze it. Typical orders will be ready for delivery about 3-4 weeks after your initial order deposit has been received.

Your beef is cut, vacuum packaged and boxed for delivery. On average, your order will on average be ready about 3-4 weeks after processing begins.

  • Do you ship?
    Yes. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • How long do you age your beef?
    We age our beef 14 days as a standard. *If you would like it aged longer or shorter let us know.
  • How far do you deliver??
    We will deliver the finished product to you door free of charge within 50 miles of Grand Bay, AL. *Additional charge of $3.65 per mile over 50 miles will be billed.
  • Do I need to put down a deposit??
    A deposit for purchasing beef orders is required at the time of purchase with the remaining balance due before delivery.
  • How do you know if my order is received?
    You will be sent confirmation when your order is received. Please make note of the processing and delivery date provided at that time.
